In response to the growing demand for hybrid working The Digital Hub is offering monthly membership. This package recognises the way people now live and work and the need for flexibility in their working lives.

Avail of all the benefits of membership of The Digital Hub on a monthly basis for €250 per month with a one-month break-option.

If you facilitate blended working for your teams our monthly membership option offers your employees desks at our flagship Digital Depot building and access to breakout spaces, depot lounge, shared kitchens, and bookable meeting rooms and workspaces for €250 per month per desk including broadband.

About Digital Depot

Digital Depot is one of several buildings that make up The Digital Hub campus. The building is a ‘plug-and-play’ space for digital enterprises. Digital Depot is a 1950s former Guinness printworks housing The Digital Hub’s reception and flexible office space which can be accessed 24/7.

Package Features

  • Twelve-month agreement with one month cancellation.
  • €250.00 per desk per month including broadband.
  • Access to all of our meeting rooms and workspaces with preferential rates.
  • For convenience pay fixed charges by direct debit and ad-hoc charges such as meeting rooms and ad-hoc car parking will be invoiced monthly as incurred.
  • Monthly membership can be used alongside other offices.

The Creative Hub at 10-13 Thomas Street is The Digital Hub’s dedicated office space for hybrid teams and those facilitating blended working for their employees. We have offices that cater for two to four people who need to work regularly in a private space. Offices are priced from €350 to €650 per month (excluding broadband and parking) depending on the office size. 

The Creative Hub is also home to Studio 2, a workspace where people can meet for a brainstorming session, team meeting or networking, allowing companies to gather their full, larger teams as required. Our full range of meeting rooms and workspaces throughout our campus can be booked and used as required.

About 10-13 Thomas Street

A distinctive three-story building with brickwork and granite stone detailing dating from the late 19th century. The building is bright and benefits from plenty of natural light, and allows 24/7 access to your office.

Package Features

  • Minimum letting agreement of six months with a two-month break clause.
  • Offices priced from €350 to €650 per month depending on office size (excluding broadband and parking).
  • Access to all of our meeting rooms and workspaces with preferential rates.
  • For convenience pay fixed charges by direct debit and ad-hoc charges such as meeting rooms and ad-hoc car parking will be invoiced monthly as incurred.
