MEG Signs New Middle East Customer

MEG is delighted to announce the latest addition to their expanding client family. Reem Hospital has come on board to join similar Quality Management product suite clients such as Tallaght University Hospital and Neuro Spinal Hospital.

Reem Hospital is a brand new facility which opened in 2020. Traditional hospital risk and patient safety processes solutions are paper-based and onerous in nature. The need to procure a mobile-first solution that would engage staff in Incident (Risk) Reporting became apparent.

Consideration was also given to whether the same system could manage both Audits & Inspections, as well as Patient Feedback Surveys – integral components of their quality improvement and compliance processes.

MEG was quickly shortlisted and selected as the preferred supplier due to the comprehensive and all-in-one nature of its QMS product suite and excellent reputation amongst other healthcare providers in the region.
