More and more, organisations around the globe have to embrace new ways of working. The UCD Graduate Certificate in Creativity, Innovation & Entrepreneurship course will help you to develop the skills employers are looking for in these turbulent times: creative problem solving, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.

This course consists of three modules and is delivered part-time through in-person classroom sessions from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at The Digital Hub campus in Dublin 8.

Module 1: Creative Thinking & Innovation
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 19th Sept – 25th Oct 2023. In-person classes from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day with self-directed learning in the afternoon.

Module 2: Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovation
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7th Nov – 13th Dec 2023, 16th Jan – 24th Jan 2024. In-person classes from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day with self-directed learning in the afternoon.

Module 3:Entrepreneurial Career Plan
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 30th Jan – 7th Feb 2024, 20th Feb – 6th March. In-person classes from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day with self-directed learning in the afternoon.

As the programme involves continuous assessment, students must attend all class sessions, as outlined above, and an average of 20 additional hours per week is required for self-directed learning, reflective learning, and group or individual work.

Fees and Funding

• €4,000 (EU) or €4,000 (Non-EU)
• This fee is 100% or 90% funded for eligible applicants through the HEA Springboard+ Initiative.
• FREE for eligible jobseekers: those who are currently receiving eligible DEASP Payments
• FREE for returners to work and carers.
• 90% subsidised (student pays €400) eligible individuals in employment or self-employment, and the formerly self-employed.
